3D Modeling, Bim Clash Detection ,Mep Modeling

About:

I am a civil engineer with two years experience in Building information modeling and i can do architectural work in the light of civil engineering concepts and scale. I will create 3D Architectural model, Structural model(only for basic and Premium package, MEP model(Only for premium package).

This package will include Rendered images, Source file,Walk-throughs,CAD file and much more.



What i will not do:

i) Creating 2D plans 

ii)Structural Design and drawings .

iii) MEP Design and drawings.



What you need to provide me 



i)2D Plans of all floors.

ii)Elvation views of all four sides of building.

iii) Structural Drawings(if you want).

iv) MEP Drawings(if you want)

v) one or two Cross- sections of building
