This was a very difficult project but the Seller knocked it out of the ballpark! The land is located in an Escarpment Zone which requires a panel of Civil and Geotechnical engineers in my local jurisdiction to approve all of the work products. This includes Site Plan, Errosion Plan, Foundation Plan, Landscape Plan, Retaining Wall plan, Floorplan and 3-D Perspectives. This Seller exceeded all expectations of the various committees.
