The following will be the steps of the design proccess:_
-IF BASIC PACKAGE-
1) when you place an order you will be promted to submit any "support material" by this i specifically mean the location of your site (this will be important in determining the structural language i use for your design) as well as local building codes/ bylaws/ design limitations and last but not least, the property line (can be CAD PDF SKP or just a sketch with dimensions)
2) After the hours of consultation are completed and i have all necessary data i will have a preliminary design with in ten hours and make the delivery.
3) Any necessary changes will be made in the revisions.
-IF STANDARD PACKAGE-
4) Once the preliminary designs have been approved, the next hours of consultation can begin during which we finalize concepts for the program (i.e. no. of spaces or rooms and their purposes and circulation) furniture and interior design.
5) Next i will propose an ideal floor/ furniture layout and make the delivery with in 10 hours (this will be accompanied by the 3D model in an appropriate format) 
6) Any changes will be made in the revisions to provide complete closure.
