I would reproduce your sketch drawings in CAD, be it building floor plans or workshop drawings, interior and exterior renderings if i am provided with any or all of the following;

• sketch drawings
• reference images
• reference pdf
• existing drawings sketch

I would also give expert suggestions for your work where and when required, but the final work is based ultimately on your requirements and floor plans would be made ready for printing.
