Quantities are measured using On-Screen Take Off through different softwares and market unit rates including labor, material and equipment are used. If you are an Owner or Developer, this cost estimate would be a budget of your project, and as an independent verification of your General Contractor's or Construction Manager's prices. Mark-up drawings with quantities and project schedule will be provided.
