As per usual Jack has provided us with an excellent job and quick turnaround I highly recommend Jack as we have used him before and always does an excellent job without any changes needed

I've worked with Jack on many projects and they've always worked out well. This time was the exception. He promised a turn time of 2-3 hours on 7 pictures, some of them only needed minor work. We provide very clear instructions, as always. We needed 2 revisions because he added things we didn't ask for originally and didn't do what we asked with the first revision. That's ok, though. The problem was out of no where in the early afternoon, without warning, and despite his commitment- his communication completely turned off, and that resulted in 24 hour finish time and my having an upset client because he didn't do as agreed and didn't communicate anything to me.

I delivered as promised (within 2-3 hours). However, you have requested a modification with many requests so I have to redo it completely and delivered in the next 2-3 hours). It was about 2AM so I went to sleep after completing the revision. I didn't know that you sent new revison. I'm very sorry!
