The procedures for tackling any design project will include the following steps:_
1) A thorough analysis of the site location and the bylaws in effect, construction materials and methods and finally the programming.
2) Refinement of the preliminary concept to be approved by you for completion.
3) Production and finalization of required drawings for DA approval (i.e working 2D plans, sections, building systems drawings etc.)
4) Revision of the final design to account for specifications and provide closure.
(Please note that successfully completing all steps will require quite a bit of back and forth communication and i am open to making scheduled times for us to talk)
Other than Furniture layout and Interior Design i can also include Plumbing/ Drainage plans, Landscape/ Hardscape plans, Security or Fire Safety plans and Electrical/ Lighting plans among the submitted drawings as 45 dollar extras.
