The Consultation + Concept Development is for those that are looking for solutions to improve their space with the initial guidance. Initially I will ask for the site information, existing conditions/visuals and anything else helpful. Video calls are very efficient. I will also request the references and inspiration for your vision. With this information in mind I will suggest you the initial design and placement solutions in session/s of 4 hours.



The Design Solutions + Layout initially proceed with process of the Consultation, for efficient use of time. We will clarify the areas you have in mind or consider the whole space and create a game plan that would allow us to achieve the final design within the package description. From my experience, we will be able to achieve this process in total of 10 hours.



The Full Design w Layout + Visuals includes services from the other two packages and allows me to develop 2 alternatives and 3D visuals before proceeding with the selections. It provides a more detailed process.
