I will do up some concept designs for you to help you through the building process, whether you're a prospective buyer or have already bought your land. If you can list your requirements and provide me a sketch of your block, I will review the Council standards for setbacks and site coverage.



This information will be used to come up with a conceptual floor plan design. As my workflow uses Revit, I can easily provide you with floor plans, elevations and sections as required.



We can then work on putting in more detail if you need DA (Development Application) plans, all the way to approved Construction Certificate plans.



As part of my satisfaction guaranteed policy, I will offer a full refund if you're not happy with the end product.
